Website terms
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Celena Doctor website and explain important insurance, professional-boundary, referral, and technology disclosures.
Effective date: August 30, 2026
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Next scheduled review: August 30, 2027
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website operator and contact
This website is operated by Celena Doctor, doing business as Celena Doctor Private Client Life, an independent licensed life-insurance agent based in West Palm Beach, Florida. NPN: 22293555. Florida License No.: G360533. The Florida public record was verified August 30, 2026. Phone: 561-899-7837. Email: celenadoctor.ffl@gmail.com. Website: https://www.celenadoctorprivateclientlife.com.
3. Educational information—not professional advice
Website information is general and educational. It does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, investment, fiduciary, mortgage, lending, valuation, or financial-planning advice. Celena Doctor is not presented through this website as a CPA, tax professional, attorney, investment adviser, financial adviser, fiduciary, lender, mortgage broker, government representative, or employee of an insurance carrier.
Business owners should consult their attorney, CPA, or tax professional regarding legal agreements, ownership, business structure, valuation, and tax treatment.
4. No quote, application, approval, or coverage
Website content, assessments, forms, examples, and communications are not an insurance application, binder, policy, guaranteed quote, approval, or promise of coverage. Life-insurance products, features, rates, benefits, and availability vary by carrier and state. Coverage is subject to a complete application, underwriting, carrier approval, policy terms, premium payment, and applicable exclusions and limitations.
No coverage is in force unless and until the issuing carrier confirms it according to the policy and applicable requirements.
5. Licensing and state availability
Celena Doctor has confirmed that she currently holds life-insurance authority in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia. Florida’s public regulator record was independently checked on August 30, 2026; the other listed jurisdictions have not yet been independently reverified for this website. Insurance solicitation is limited to jurisdictions where Celena Doctor holds the appropriate active authority and is authorized to offer the applicable product. Licensing, carrier appointment, product approval, and availability are reconfirmed for the client’s state before solicitation or recommendation and remain subject to underwriting and policy terms.
6. Independent-agent and carrier disclosure
Celena Doctor is an independent licensed life-insurance agent and is not an employee of an insurance carrier. She does not claim to represent every carrier or shop every carrier in the country. Recommendations are limited to the carriers, products, appointments, licenses, and state availability applicable at the time of the review.
7. Veteran and government non-affiliation
Celena Doctor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, or any government agency. Products discussed are private insurance products.
8. Mortgage disclosure
Private life insurance is optional and is not required for mortgage approval, closing, or continued ownership. Celena Doctor is not a lender and private coverage is separate from a mortgage or real-estate transaction.
9. Existing coverage and replacement
Do not cancel, surrender, reduce, borrow against, or replace existing coverage based solely on website content, a preliminary conversation, quote, or illustration. Replacements may create new underwriting, contestability and suicide periods, surrender charges, tax consequences, different guarantees, or coverage gaps. Existing coverage generally should remain in force until any new policy is approved, issued, reviewed, accepted, and confirmed in force, subject to applicable replacement procedures.
10. Assessments and hypothetical examples
Interactive assessments provide non-binding educational summaries only. They do not recommend a specific product or provide a tax conclusion. Any case study labeled “Hypothetical educational example—not an actual client result” is illustrative and does not promise similar eligibility, pricing, approval, coverage, performance, or outcomes.
11. Forms and prohibited information
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit information only for yourself or with appropriate authority and permission. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, policy-account credentials, full medical histories, prescription details, tax returns, legal documents, or other sensitive records through public forms.
Professional referrers must confirm that the client agreed to be contacted. A warm-introduction form does not provide consent for automated marketing.
12. Communications consent
Submitting a service request authorizes contact about that request. Optional consent for automated or recurring marketing calls and text messages is presented separately, remains unchecked by default, and is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke optional marketing consent using any reasonable method. See the SMS Terms.
Marketing emails will not be activated until each message can identify the sender, include a valid physical postal address and working unsubscribe method, and synchronize suppression records as required by applicable law. Service communications requested by you may continue independently of a marketing opt-out.
13. Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal or professional educational purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, scrape or copy content for competing commercial use, introduce malware, or use the forms to send abusive or unlawful content.
14. Intellectual property
Website copy, branding, design, code, graphics, downloads, and original educational materials are owned by or licensed to Celena Doctor unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute them for commercial use without written permission.
15. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party scheduling, CRM, hosting, analytics, advertising, communications, carrier, or educational services. Their availability, security, accuracy, and practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
16. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that content will always be complete or current.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Celena Doctor and service providers acting on her behalf are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Informal resolution, governing law, and venue
Before filing a website-related claim, you are encouraged to contact Celena Doctor so the concern can be reviewed and, when possible, resolved informally. This request does not prevent a time-sensitive filing, a complaint to an insurance department, attorney general, consumer-protection authority, or another regulator, or the exercise of a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from use of this website are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A court proceeding must be brought in a state court located in Palm Beach County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, unless applicable law requires or permits another forum.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, fee-shifting provision, or shortened limitations period. No provision waives a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
19. Changes
These terms may be updated as the website, services, vendors, laws, or business practices change. The revised effective date will be posted on this page.
